For the set up of staffed events, we will need access to the location three hours prior to the start time. Deliveries will arrive any time within one hour prior to the start time. We will be glad to accommodate special dietary needs for your guests. Please be as specific as possible when regarding any dietary needs.
For health and liability reasons, the removal of any unused food or beverage from a staffed event by the client and/or guests is prohibited.
All bookings require a fifty percent down payment due within one week of receiving your catering agreement. The remaining balance will be due three hours prior to the event set up.
